Since we do not live in San Marcos we read online reviews and interviewed several realtors based off those. We chose James and are so happy we did. He had the house under contract before it even hit the market by doing an email blast. The house was a fixer upper as it had been lived in for over 50 years with little updating. He had it sold for a little over ask. He kept us informed the entire step of the way, handled the negotiations expertly and made the process easy for us.
