James Walker is a Broker Associate and Team Leader of the Walker Texas Team. He has lived in Central Texas for over 30 years and graduated from Texas State University with a degree in marketing. He lives with his wife Melissa, son Jonathan, and daughter Madilyn.
James chose a career with Keller Williams because they are known for their excellent training programs and dedication to continuous education. He believes that we are a team and a family and because of that we are able to go above and beyond to help, assist and teach our fellow agents to uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
James currently sponsors numerous non-profit organizations in Central Texas, is a member of several Chambers of Commerce, as well as a member of the local Lions Club.

Highly recommend James Walker. We had a parent pass and as a result a home to sell in San Marcos. Since we do not live in San Marcos we read online reviews and interviewed several realtors based off those. We chose James and are so happy we did. He had the house under contract before it even hit the market by doing an email blast. The house was a fixer upper as it had been lived in for over 50 years with little updating. He had it sold for a little over ask. He kept us informed the entire step of the way, handled the negotiations expertly and made the process easy for us. So if you are looking to sell or buy a home in San Marcos we highly recommend him. He was excellent to worth with.
